温肾健脾利水方联合中药穴位贴敷治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾小球肾炎的效果
Effect of Wenshen Jianpi Lishui Formula Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis of Spleen and Kidney Qi Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe and study the clinical effect of Wenshen Jianpi Lishui Formula combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis of spleen and kidney Qi deficiency type.Method:A total of 86 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis of spleen and kidney Qi deficiency type who treated in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(treated with conventional western medicine)and the study group(treated with Wenshen Jianpi Lishui Formula combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of the control group),with 43 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,renal function indicators,serum inflammatory factor levels,humoral immune indicators and cellular immune indicators of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of 24 h urinary protein quantification,serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)and CD8+ in two groups were lower than those before treatment,but the levels of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),serum immunoglobulin M(IgM),CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenshen Jianpi Lishui Formula combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application can improve the treatment effect of chronic glomerulonephritis of spleen and kidney Qi deficiency type,improve renal function,reduce serum inflammatory factor levels,correct immune mechanism imbalance.关键词
