壮骨强筋片辅助治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的效果
Effect of Zhuanggu Qiangjin Tablets in the Auxiliary Treatment of Senile Osteoporotic Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Zhuanggu Qiangjin Tablets in the auxiliary treatment of senile osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Method:A total of 90 elderly patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur treated in Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to May 2023 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given anti-osteoporosis treatment after surgery,and the experimental group was given Zhuanggu Qiangjin Tablets on the basis of the control group.Hip joint function,fracture healing condition,bone mineral density(BMD)before and 3 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:Three months after surgery,the excellent and good rate of the experimental group was 91.11%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of poroma occurrence,detumescence of affected limb and full weight-bearing time of experimental group were earlier than those in control group,and the fracture healing time was shorter than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,BMD in experimental group was increased,and BMD was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhuanggu Qiangjin Tablets can promote fracture healing,improve hip joint function,increase BMD value,relieve osteoporosis degree and improve clinical curative effect.关键词
