职业教育数字化转型的逻辑理路:何以必要、何以为忧与何以化忧OA北大核心
The Logical Paths of Digital Transformation of Vocational Education:Necessity,Difficulty and Feasibility
数字化转型是新时代职业教育改革发展的必由之路.从内在动因来看,数字化转型是职业教育高质量发展的现实需要;从政策驱动来看,教育数字化战略布局引领职业教育发展方向;从技术赋能来看,数字技术推动职业教育适应性发展.然而,职业教育数字化转型面临现实隐忧,表现为"技术崇拜"冲击职业教育的"育人本位",职业教育的"治理机制"脱节于"数字化生态",教师主体的"数字素养"滞后于"数字化创变",职业教育的"数字基础设施"掣肘"数字化发展","技术颠覆"引发职业教育的"数字伦理风险".基于此,职业教育数字化转型应从锚定目标、协同治理、夯实素养、筑牢根基以及走向善治五个维度探究纾解之道.
Digital transformation is the necessary path for the reform and development of vocational education in the new era.From an internal perspective,digital transformation is a practical need for the high-quality development of vocational education;from a policy driven perspective,the digital education strategy layout leads the development direction of vocational education;from the perspective of technological empowerment,digital technology promotes the adaptive development of vocational education.However,the digital transformation of vocational education faces hidden concerns in reality,manifested as the impact of"technology worship"on the"education oriented"of vocational education,the disconnection of the"governance mechanism"of vocational education from the"digital ecology",the lag of the"digital literacy"of teachers behind the"digital innovation",the"digital infrastructure"of vocational education hindering the"digital development",and the"technological subversion"triggering the"digital ethical risk"of vocational education.Based on this,the digital transformation of vocational education should explore solutions from five dimensions:anchoring goals,collaborative governance,consolidating literacy,building a solid foundation,and moving towards good governance.
