莫西沙星与异烟肼治疗老年肺结核的效果对比OA
Comparison Effect of Moxifloxacin and Isoniazid in the Treatment of Senile Pulmonary Tuberculosis
目的:对比莫西沙星与异烟肼治疗老年肺结核的效果.方法:选取 2020 年 1 月—2023 年 1 月 102 例徐州市传染病医院收治 102 例老年肺结核患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为A组(n=51)和B组(n=51).A组给予常规治疗+异烟肼治疗,共治疗 6 个月,其中强化期 2 个月,巩固期 4 个月;B组给予常规治疗+莫西沙星治疗,治疗 4 个月.比较两组临床疗效、血清细胞因子水平、生活质量及不良反应.结果:治疗后,B组临床总有…查看全部>>
