中药穴位贴敷联合ERAS理念对结直肠癌患者术后康复、并发症风险及护理满意度的影响

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)on postoperative rehabilitation,complication risk and nursing satisfaction in patients with colorectal cancer.Method:A total of 300 postoperative patients with colorectal cancer treated in the First People's Hospital of Foshan City from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random drawing method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ERAS nursing,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ERAS nursing.The intervention effect of the two groups were compared.Result:The exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after operation,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ERAS concept has achieved a good effect in patients with colorectal cancer after operation.关键词
