肢体按摩装置联合SMART原则安全护理在脑卒中患者中的应用效果
Application Effect of Limb Massage Device Combined with SMART Principle Safety Nursing in Stroke Patients

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of limb massage device combined with SMART principle safety nursing in stroke patients.Method:A total of 90 stroke patients admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given the SMART principle safety nursing,and the observation group was given the limb massage device on the basis of the control group.Nursing satisfaction after nursing,limb function,recovery condition,activity ability of daily living,cognitive function and negative emotion before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:The total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of stroke impact scale(SIS),modified babbitt index(MBI)and Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Limb massage device combined with SMART principle safety nursing can effectively improve the limb function of stroke patients,help to improve their emotional state and cognitive function,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
