超声穴位介导清热化痰汤联合肺泡灌洗对支气管扩张伴感染的影响
The Effect of Ultrasound Acupoint Mediated Qingre Huatan Decoction Combined with Alveolar Lavage on Bronchiectasis with Infection

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of ultrasound acupoint mediated Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with alveolar lavage on bronchiectasis with infection.Method:A total of 92 patients with bronchiectasis and infection admitted to the Pulmonary Disease Department of Banan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Chongqing from August 2022 to September 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given alveolar lavage,while the treatment group was given ultrasound acupoint mediated Qingre Huatan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,sputum situation,pulmonary infection,relevant indicators,hospital stay and recurrence rate,adverse events and reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of both groups decreased,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the differences statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the sputum situation and clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)score of both groups decreased,the sputum situation and CPIS score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,white blood cell(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),and interleukin-6 in both groups decreased,while the oxygenation index increased,the WBC,CRP,PCT,and interleukin-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the oxygenation index was higher than that in the control group,the differences statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events and reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound acupoint mediated Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with alveolar lavage can improve the therapeutic effect of bronchiectasis with infection,and is safe and reliable.关键词
