益肾补骨汤联合康复训练治疗肝肾阴虚型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床观察
Clinical Efficacy of Yishen Bugu Decoction Combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Patients with Liver-kidney Yin Deficiency Type in Osteoporotic Intertrochanteric Fracture of the Femur

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Bugu Decoction combined with rehabilitation training on patients with liver-kidney Yin deficiency type in osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of the femur.Method:A total of 72 patients with liver-kidney Yin deficiency type in osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of the femur were selected from the Department of Orthopedics of Sanming Hospital of Integrated Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine from March 2019 to March 2023.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets and Calcitriol Soft Capsules,and the study group was treated with Yishen Bugu Decoction combined with rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Harris hip joint function scale,bone mineral density and bone metabolism index levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score,bone alkaline phosphatase in both groups were lower than those before treatment,Harris hip function score,osteocalcin,bone mineral density were higher than those before treatment,and VAS score,bone alkaline phosphatase in study group were lower than those in control group,Harris score,osteocalcin bone mineral density were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Yishen Bugu Decoction combined with rehabilitation training on patients with liver-kidney Yin deficiency type in osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of the femur is remarkable,which can effectively reduce pain,promote the recovery of hip function and enhance bone metabolism level.关键词
