基于压力缓解理论的社区疗愈景观设计研究OA
Research on Community Healing Landscape Design based on Stress Relief Theory
在巨大的社会压力下,城市人口的精神健康问题日趋严重,大多数人精神健康状况处于亚健康状态,精神健康问题已成为公众关注的一个重要社会问题.本文以压力缓解理论为理论基础,文章首先解读了压力缓解理论、社区景观、疗愈景观的概念,提出社区疗愈景观的现状需求,将疗愈行为支持、服务人群多样化、多感官刺激作为压力缓解理论下的社区疗愈景观设计原则,最后提出疗愈性景观的建设策略,创造有针对性的精神健康问题康复疗愈环境.
