Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Gout
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the number of gout patients is increasing due to factors such as diet and environment.Gout and hyperuricemia can increase the likelihood of chronic diseases such as hypertension,diabetes,chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,gout is often characterized by difficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,taking the deficiency of the body's righteous Qi,spleen and kidney deficiency as origin,and the obstruction of meridians by phlegm dampness and blood stasis as the superficiality,both origin and superficiality should be taken into account during the treatment process.In the treatment of gout,Chinese medicine has the characteristics of exact effect and small side effects,which can be divided into internal treatment method and external treatment method.This article mainly makes a brief introduction to the etiology and pathogenesis of gout,internal and external treatment method of Chinese medicine.关键词
