摘要
Abstract
Gouty arthritis is a disease caused by purine metabolism disorders in the human body.Uric acid deposition in joints and tissues can cause a variety of damage,and can also be complicated by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,renal failure,and even life-threatening.It is an independent risk factor for diabetes,metabolic syndrome,dyslipidemia,chronic kidney disease and stroke.In recent years,the incidence of gouty arthritis has been on the rise,and with the improvement of living standards and the arrival of an aging population,the burden of gouty arthritis can be expected to continue to increase.This article summarizes the external therapy of traditional chinese medicine of gouty arthritis,in order to provide information for clinicians to fully understand the diagnosis and treatment status of gouty arthritis,and provide reference for further research on the treatment of gouty arthritis by Chinese medicine.关键词
