摘要
Abstract
Objective This study was to analyze the effect of emergency treatment on patients with acute stroke complicated with hyperosmolar non-ketotic diabetic coma. Methods 73 patients with acute stroke combined with hyperosmolar non-ketotic diabetic coma admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects, all of whom received emergency treatment. The main pathogenic factors of all patients were counted, and the recovery of consciousness, lesion area, muscle strength, blood glucose, blood potassium, blood sodium, urea nitrogen, plasma colloid osmotic pressure and other indexes were recorded before and after treatment. In addition, the time to correct shock, time to wake up,time to recover osmotic pressure, and complications were also counted. Results In the 73 cases, respiratory system infection was the main cause accounted for 45.20%,urinary tract infection was the second cause accounted for 34.25%,digestive system inflammation accounted for 10.96%,and other reasons accounted for 9.59%.After emergency treatment, the patients'consciousness score and muscle strength score were significantly improved, and the lesion area was significantly reduced, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, blood glucose, blood sodium, urea nitrogen, and plasma colloid osmotic pressure decreased, while plasma increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to correct shock, the time to wake up,and the time to recover osmotic pressure were all shortened. The complication occurred in 19 patients(26.03%).Conclusion Emergency treatment is helpful to improve the indicators, alleviate the condition, reduce the risk of complications, and has clinical promotion value.关键词
