摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of injury control combined with trauma first aid on emergency rescue of patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods 80 patients with emergency traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were randomly selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group using the number table method.Among them, the 40 patients in the control group received routine trauma first aid, while the 40 patients in the observation group received additional injury control on top of the control group. We compare and evaluate the rescue efficiency,NIHSS score,NDS score, and pa-tient satisfaction of the two groups of patients after corresponding intervention modes. Results The success rate of rescue in the observation group after intervention(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(72.50%)(P<0.05);In terms of NIHSS score, compared with the control group, the observation group had lower levels of consciousness, limb ataxia, and articulation disorders after intervention(P<0.05);In terms of NDS score,it can be seen through comparison that the observation group had lower scores in brain nerves, muscle weakness, reflex and sensation after intervention compared to the control group(P<0.05);After intervention, the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ap-plication of injury control combined with trauma first aid can improve the rescue efficiency of emergency traumatic brain injury patients, contribute to the recovery of various functions of patients, improve the prognosis of patients, increase their satisfaction with rescue work, and have significant practical effects.关键词
