新型双盘磁齿整流发电机结构及运行特性OA北大核心CSTPCD
Structure and operation characteristics of a new type of double disk magnetic tooth rectifier generator
为了实现波浪能的采集与高效转换,加快波浪能开发利用,提出一种新型双盘磁齿整流发电机(double disk magnetic tooth rectifier generator,DDMTRG).首先,介绍发电机的结构特点和整流原理,结合盘式转子和磁齿轮工作特点分析其结构参数;其次,采用气隙比磁导法及有限元仿真分析该发电机的空载电磁特性和负载输出特性;第三,基于矩角特性分析磁齿轮的带载能力,由外定子各典型位置磁密特征解析该发电机铜耗和铁耗;最后,讨论外定子、盘式转子和磁齿轮结构参数对该发电机运行特性的影响规律.研究结果表明:该电机可将浮子的上下浮动转换为发电机单一方向的旋转运动,实现了波浪运动的整流,效率在94%左右,能量利用率较高;空载气隙磁密和电动势波形正弦性较优,计算结果基本吻合;磁齿轮结构参数对该发电机运行特性影响较大,当盘式转子外圆周永磁体极弧系数为0.6,厚度为4.5 mm,气隙长度为0.5 mm,轴向长度为100 mm,磁齿轮半径为35 mm,长度为40 mm,磁齿轮外圆周永磁体厚度为4 mm,极弧系数为0.8时,双盘磁齿整流发电机的性能较优,发电效率较高,磁齿轮带载能力较强.
In order to realize the collection and efficient conversion of wave energy and accelerate the development and utilization of wave energy,a new double-disc magnetic tooth rectifier generator was proposed.Firstly,the structural characteristics and rectification principle of the generator were introduced,and its structural parameters were analyzed in combination with the working characteristics of the disk rotor and the magnetic gear.Secondly,the no-load electromagnetic characteristics and load output characteristics of the generator were analyzed by the air-gap ratio permeability method and finite-element simulation.Thirdly,the load-carrying capacity of the magnetic gear was analyzed based on the moment-angle characteristics,and the copper consumption and iron consumption of the generator were resolved by the magnetic density characteristics of the typical positions of the outer stator.Finally,the influence of the outer stator,disk rotor and magnetic gear structure parameters on the operating characteristics of the generator was discussed.The results show that the generator can convert the up and down movement of the float into the rotational movement of the generator in a single direction,realizing the rectification of wave motion.The efficiency of the generator is about 94%,and the energy utilization is high.The no-load air gap magnetism and electric potential waveform sinusoidality are better,and the calculation results are basically in line with each other.The magnetic gear structure parameters have a greater influence on the generator operating characteristics.When the outer circumference of the disk rotor permanent magnet pole arc coefficient is 0.6,the thickness of the disk rotor is 4.5 mm,the air gap is 0.5 mm,the axial length of the disk rotor is 100 mm,the magnet gear radius is 35 mm and the length is 40 mm,the thickness of the permanent magnet of the outer circumference of the magnetic gear is 4 mm,and the pole-arc coefficient is 0.8,the performance of the double-disk magnetic gear rectifier generator is better,with higher power generation efficiency and stronger load carrying capacity of the magnetic gear.
