崩漏病中医穴位贴敷联合路径式护理的效果观察

Abstract
Objective Explore the application effect of path-based nursing combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the nursing care of patients with leaky disease,in order to provide new ideas and methods for improving the nursing quality and therapeutic effect of patients with leaky disease.Methods 86 patients with collapse and leakage disease were enrolled and divided into the observation group and the control group based on nursing methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group patients only received routine care,while the observation group patients received pathway nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application treatment.During the treatment and nursing process,we observe and record the improvement of symptoms,changes in quality of life,and conduct statistical analysis on the two groups of patients.Results The improvement of symptoms,quality of life score,improvement of TCM symptoms,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Con-clusion Pathway nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application can improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients and provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of metrorrhagia and leakage disease,which is worth promoting.关键词
