Advances in Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation in Post-Stroke Movement Disorders
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of stroke patients in China is increasing,and the motor dysfunction caused by it often seriously affects the quality of daily life of the patients,Neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES),as an emerg-ing rehabilitation therapy,is widely used in the treatment of motor dysfunction in stroke patients.This paper summarizes the parameters and mechanisms of the role of NMES in motor function rehabilitation after stroke and its use in clinical practice.In the future,the specific mechanism of NMES action and efficient and safe therapeutic options should be further explored.关键词
