国医大师王晞星从"木土并治"角度论治功能性消化不良经验
National Medicine Master Wang Xixing's Experience of Functional Dyspepsia Treatment from the Perspective of"Concurrent Wood-Earth Treatment"
摘要
Abstract
Functional dyspepsia(FD)is a common functional gastrointestinal disease with no organic changes,mainly manifested as postmeal discomfort,early satiety,upper abdominal pain or burning sensation,etc.,which is prone to recurrent attacks.According to its clinical manifestations,FD is similar to the disease such as"stomach stuffiness"and"stuffiness and fullness"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The location of FD disease is in the stomach in TCM,the disease is closely related to liver and spleen,and emotional and psychological disorders are also closely related to the occurrence of the disease.Professor Wang Xixing,from the perspective of"concurrent wood-earth treatment",believes that the treatment for FD should"take the liver as the root and take care of the spleen and stomach".Specifically,the disease should be treated by soothing the liver and fortifying the spleen,and harmonizing the stomach and direct qi downward,in order to restore qi movement in triple energizers.The author found through clinical follow-up that the clinical effect of treating FD from the perspective of"concurrent wood-earth treatment"was significant.关键词
