液态金属脱合金反应及其应用的研究进展OACSTPCD
Research Progress Based on Liquid Metal Dealloying and Its Application
液态金属脱合金反应(Liquid Metal Dealloying,LMD)是一种基于熔融金属液中合金各组分与金属液反应性不同(混合焓正负关系)而产生的一种选择性溶解反应,是一种新型的多孔材料及复合材料的制备手段.本文首先从液态金属脱合金反应的概念和原理入手,详细介绍了此反应应用于纳米多孔材料与金属基复合材料的制备案例.在多孔材料制备方面,液态金属脱合金反应不仅可满足贱金属类纳米多孔材料的高效生产需求,还可通过脱合金反应条件调控孔隙结构.在复合材料制备方面,脱合金反应可使得析出相尺寸更加细小,分布更加均匀弥散,从而提高复合材料的综合力学性能.最后,本文对液态金属脱合金反应的最新应用与机理研究进行了概述,并对此类反应的未来应用进行了展望.
Liquid metal dealloying(LMD)is a selective dissolution reaction based on the different reactivity of alloy components and liquid metal(positive or negative value in enthalpy of mixing).LMD can be used as a new preparation method of porous materials and composite materials.In this paper,starting from the concept and principle of liquid metal dealloying,the application of this reaction in the preparation of nanoporous materials and metal matrix composites is introduced in detail.In porous materials,LMD can not only meet the efficient production requirements of many nanoporous materials,but also available in controlling the pore structure with dealloying reaction conditions.In composite materials,LMD can make the size of the precipitated phase finer and the distribution more uniform,thereby improving the comprehensive mechanical properties of the composites.Finally,the latest applications and mechanism studies of liquid metal dealloying reactions and the future applications of such reactions are prospected.
