Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing effect of personalized nursing in pre-hospital emergency nurs-ing for patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent thrombolysis and PCI treatment in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 wereselected as the research objects and grouped according to the odd-even number of archival records.The odd-numbered patients were the control group,and the even-numbered patients were the studygroup,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine pre-hospital emergency care,and the study group received personalized care on the basis of routine pre-hospital emergency care.The first aid of the two groups during pre-hospital emergency care was statistically compared,including the occurrence of adverse events,first aid time,and transport time.The improve-ment of left ventricular ejection fraction and creatine kinase isoenzyme after nursing was investigated and compared between the two groups,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was also compared.Results The first aid time of the study group was(18.74±3.19)min and the admission time was(47.38±6.48)min,while the two items of the control group were(40.74±7.53)min and(67.29±5.17)min,respectively.The two indexes of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Left ventricular ejection fraction and cre-atine kinase isoenzyme were improved in both groups after nursing,but the improvement degree of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the nursing satis-faction of the study group and the control group was 97.5％and 82.5％,respectively,and the study group was signif-icantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Person-alized nursing in pre-hospital emergency nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively shorten the emergency time and admission time,improve the cardiac function of patients,and increase patient satisfaction,which has high clinical application value.关键词
