摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the removal Time of indwelling needle when administering chemothera-py via a peripheral venous catheter.Methods 79 patients receiving peripheral venous short catheter infusion of docetaxel combined with nedaplatin chemotherapy regimen from August 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the control group;74 patients receiving same docetaxel from March 2022 to August 2022 were used as the observation group.Control group:after indwelling needle infusion chemotherapy,removal on the same day.Observation group:after indwelling needle infusion chemotherapy,the indwelling needle was retained until clinical extubation indica-tion or end of the treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of phlebitis,indwelling needle plugging,dressing loosening,and blood exudation between the two groups(P＞0.05),but the observation group significantly reduced the medical cost by 28.2 yuan/person and 7.1 minutes/person compared to the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion There was no difference on the complication incidence rate between the observa-tion and the control group,but the observation group saved more cost and human resources than the control group.关键词
