乙癸愈风汤治疗肝肾阴虚型帕金森病的临床效果及氧化应激水平分析
Clinical Effect and Oxidative Stress Level of Yigui Yufeng Decoction in the Treatment of Parkinson's Disease of Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Yigui Yufeng decoction(YYD)on Parkinson's disease of liver and kidney yin deficiency type and its impact on oxidative stress level.Methods:Ninety patients with Parkinson's disease of liver and kidney yin deficiency type admitted to the Department of Encephalopathy of Hai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 45 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets combined with YYD,and the control group was treated with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factor levels,serum neurotransmitter levels,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared to explore their application value.Results:The efficiency and total effective rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CAT and GSH-Px after treatment were higher than before treatment(P<0.01),and the levels of IL-6 were lower than before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the CAT and GSH-Px levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the IL-6 levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The levels of 5-HT and DA after treatment in both groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.01),and the levels of 5-HT and DA in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment was lower in the experimental group than those of the control group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yigui Yufeng decoction has good clinical effect in the treatment of liver-kidney yin deficiency type Parkinson's disease,which can significantly reduce the level of oxidative stress,so it can be widely used in clinical practice.关键词
