针灸对缺血性脑卒中后面瘫患者中医症状体征评分及凝血功能的影响
Influence of Acupuncture on Traditional Chinese Medical Symptom and Sign Score and Coagulation Function of Facial Palsy Patients after Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of acupuncture on traditional Chinese medical symptom and sign score and coagulation function of facial palsy patients after ischemic stroke.Method:A total of 60 facial palsy patients after ischemic stroke admitted to Zhangjiagang Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University from October 2019 to October 2022 were prospectively selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine facial muscle group rehabilitation training,and the study group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medical symptom and sign scores,House-Brackmann(H-B)grading,coagulation function before and after treatment and related indexes were compared between the two group.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,slanted mouth,facial expression,eye fissure closure,frontal striae disappearance,nasolabial groove depth,thirst upset scores and total score of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the slanted mouth,facial expression,thirst upset scores and total score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of grade Ⅰ in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,K value and R value of both groups decreased,MA value increased,K value and R value in the study group were lower than those in the control group,MA value was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)and nuclear transcription factor κB(NF-κB)p65 protein were decreased in both groups,and the levels of TLR4 and NF-κB p65 protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture have significant effect on facial palsy after ischemic stroke,which can effectively improve the symptoms,signs and coagulation function of patients,and improve the facial function of patients.关键词
