中医药治疗甲状腺结节的现状与展望
Current Status and Prospect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment for Thyroid Nodules
摘要
Abstract
Thyroid nodule is a common endocrine system disease in clinic,with benign nodules being more common.Western medicine treatment of thyroid nodule mainly uses regular follow-up,drug and surgical treatment,but Western medicine has many side effects and poor patient compliance.According to the clinical symptoms and characteristics of the disease,it is classified as"goiter disease"or"goiter and tumor"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Chinese medicine treatment in reducing the volume of nodules,correcting thyroid hormone levels and improving the symptoms of patients is more effective.Under the guidance of TCM theory and combined with modern pharmacological research,the advantages of TCM in treating this disease are increasingly obvious.This paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of thyroid nodules,TCM prescription and medicine selection,and TCM external treatment,and summarizes the experience of TCM treatment,in order to provide reference for TCM treatment of thyroid nodules.关键词
