抗结核中药的作用机制研究进展
Research Progress on the Mechanism of Anti-Tuberculosis Chinese Herbal Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Chinese herbal medicine has long been used for tuberculosis treatment in China,which is an effective way to treat tuberculosis and its drug resistance.According to the effects of Chinese herbal medicine on inhibiting the growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis,protecting the liver,regulating the body immunity,etc.,26 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine,including Coptis chinensis,Humulus lupulus,Lysionotus pauciflorus,Ganoderma lucidum,Humulus scandens,and Lonicera japonica,were divided into 6 categories in this paper.Their active components,bacteriostatic concentration,liver protection and immunomodulatory mechanism were elucidated respectively.Therefore,we provided scientific ideas,strategies and theoretical basis for the treatment of tuberculosis with traditional Chinese medicine,and provided reference for the research and development of anti-tuberculosis components in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
