中医经方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的研究进展
Research Progress in the Treatment of Diarrheal Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Traditional Chinese Medicine Classic Formulae
摘要
Abstract
Diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)is one of the most common types of dysfunctional bowel diseases.The disease has a high incidence rate and is difficult to cure.At present,research on IBS-D mainly focuses on both clinical and experimental aspects,and it has been found that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)classic formulae have significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of IBS-D.This article summarizes the latest progress in the efficacy and mechanism of the formulae,providing ideas and references for clinical and basic research on the prevention and treatment of IBS-D in TCM.关键词
