Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Yangfei Yiqi Decoction combined with drug-loaded microspheres bronchial artery chemotherapy on non-small cell lung cancer.Method:A total of 82 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to the Oncology Department of Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into chemotherapy group and combined treatment group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The chemotherapy group was treated with drug-loaded microspheres bronchial artery chemotherapy,while the combined treatment group was treated with Yangfei Yiqi Decoction combined with drug-loaded microspheres bronchial artery chemotherapy.Tumor markers,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and incidence of side effects were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in tumor markers between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,tumor markers in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in combined treatment group were lower than those in chemotherapy group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the chemotherapy group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of toxicity and side effects in combined treatment group was lower than that in chemotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,Yangfei Yiqi Decoction on the basis of drug-loaded microspheres bronchial artery chemotherapy can further control cancer lesions,alleviate clinical symptoms,and reduce the possibility of toxic side effects.关键词
