摘要
Abstract
Ganoderma lucidum is a well-known edible and medicinal fungi,which has been widely studied and cultivated for its high medicinal value.As an important bioactive component,Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide(GLP)has the functions such as anti-tumor,immune regulation,anti-inflammatory,lowering blood sugar,liver protection and central nervous system regulation.This article provides a detailed summary and explanation of the structure-activity relationship,extraction technology,and pharmacological effects of GLP,in order to provide theoretical basis for the subsequent development and comprehensive application.关键词
