Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of neuroendoscopy combined with cranial base micro neurosurgery(CBM)on patients with brain tumor.Method:A total of 60 patients with brain tumor treated in Lingshan County People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected.According to the odd-even number, they were divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with CBM,and the experimental group was treated with neuroendoscopy combined with CBM.The tumor resection condition and perioperative indexes, preoperative and postoperative nerve function and daily living ability, related indexes, complications and cure rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The total resection rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group, and the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery, the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the activities of daily living scale(ADL)score was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery, the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),S-lfln protein 100β(S100β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in experimental group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication of experimental group was lower than that in control group, and the cure rate was higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neuroendoscopy combined with CBM can increase the total resection rate of brain tumor, improve the neurological function and life ability, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, with high cure rate, fewer complications, short hospital stay, good prognosis and high safety.关键词
