Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Xianling Gubao Capsules on patients with osteoporotic lumbar fracture after percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP).Method:A total of 93 patients with osteoporotic lumbar fracture after PVP were selected from February 2022 to January 2023 in Putian 95 Hospital.The patients were divided into control group(47 cases,single number)and study group(46 cases,even number)according to the end number of admission slips.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given Xianling Gubao Capsules on the basis of the control group.Pain degree,bone mineral density,vertebral anterior margin height,Cobb angle,bone metabolism index,inflammatory factors and lumbar function were compared between the two groups before treatment and at 3 months of treatment.Result:After 3 months of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Cobb angle of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the bone density and anterior vertebral height of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of osteocalcin(BGP)and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xianling Gubao Capsules can reduce pain degree,increase bone mineral density,improve vertebral anterior margin height and Cobb angle,regulate bone metabolism,reduce inflammation index level,and improve lumbar function after PVP in patients with osteoporotic lumbar fracture.关键词
