摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Teicoplanin in the treatment of Gram-positive bacterial infection ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)patients in Intensive Care Unit(ICU).Method:A total of 120 ICU Gram-positive bacterial infection VAP patients admitted to Guihang Guiyang Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine anti-infection treatment, and the observation group was given Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Teicoplanin on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, related indexes, adverse reactions, and immune indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the total cost was less than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and control group, and CD8+ level was significantly lower than that before treatment and control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Teicoplanin in the treatment of Gram-positive bacterial infection VAP patients can improve the clinical efficacy, shorten the recovery time and hospitalization time, and reduce the cost of ICU.At the same time,it can enhance the immune function of the body, regulate the level of T lymphocyte subgroups, and have good safety and tolerance.关键词
