Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of emotion and stress intervention strategy based on the empowerment model on colon cancer patients.Method:A total of 78 patients with colon cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy in Nantong Third People's Hospital from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention measures,while the study group implemented emotional and stress intervention strategy based on the empowerment model.The changes of mental resilience scale[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],hope level(Chinese version of Herth hope scale),quality of life[quality of life questionnaire core 30(QLQ-C30)]and patients'coping style questionnaire[simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)]were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of CD-RISC in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of outlook,motivation and belief in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of function,symptoms and health status of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the positive coping score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The emotional and stress intervention strategy based on the empowerment model can effectively improve the psychological resilience,hope level and quality of life of colon cancer patients,and optimize their way of coping with the disease.关键词
