Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of evidence-based nursing on recovery of nerve function and quality of life in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 120 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group(touch purple ball)and experimental group(touch black ball)according to random touch purple and black ball method,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the experimental group was given evidence-based nursing.Neurological function,depression condition and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)score of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of evidence-based nursing for elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve their neurological function,maintain a positive attitude,and improve their quality of life.关键词
