Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of acupoint hot compress combined with acupoint massage of parturients in vaginal delivery.Method:A total of 96 parturients who had vaginal delivery in Zhijin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to April 2022 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(48 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(48 cases)received acupoint hot compress combined with acupoint massage nursing on the basis of the control group.Both groups were followed up for 2 months.The pain of postpartum uterine contraction,the decrease of uterine floor,uterine volume,postpartum 24 h blood loss,uterine rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The pain score of postpartum uterine contraction at 72 h after delivery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease of uterine floor at 72 h after delivery in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the uterine volume at 7 d after delivery was smaller than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postpartum 24 h blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the uterine rehabilitation time and lochia duration were shorter than those in the control group,and the lochia output was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint hot compress combined with acupoint massage nursing has a good application effect in vaginal delivery,which is conducive to reducing postpartum uterine contraction pain,accelerating the speed of uterine rehabilitation,reducing postpartum 24 h blood loss,and improving nursing satisfaction.关键词
