Abstract
The enhancement and transformation of new quality productive forces of water conservancy is a new driving force for the high-quality development of the water conservancy industry.Based on the three elements of traditional productive forces and the connotation of"new quality",discussed the general understanding of new quality productive forces in the field of water conservancy,clarified the key implementation path of problem orientation,and formulated the development framework aiming at disruptive original innovation to industrial chain innovation.Combined with the development of water conservancy science and technology,it puts forward the idea of promoting the upgrading of traditional water conservancy disciplines,the growth of emerging disciplines and the cultivation of future disciplines,so as to promote the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in traditional and modem water conservancy.关键词
