Abstract
Based on the key features and challenges faced by river governance and protection in the new stage,the analysis focuses on the urgent need for scientific and technological innovation in high-quality protection,security and development of the river basin.Explorations are made on the key tasks of promoting new quality productive forces,and feasible paths of boosting ecological-based water governance,smart river basins,green economic belts,and beautiful Yangtze River construction through scientific and technological innovation.关键词
