结合新阶段长江治理保护的基本特征和面临的挑战,分析新阶段流域高水平保护、高水平安全和高质量发展对科技创新的迫切需求,探讨推动发展水利新质生产力的重要任务,提出通过科技创新催生生态水利、智慧流域、绿色经济带、美丽长江建设等新产业的可行路径.
Based on the key features and challenges faced by river governance and protection in the new stage,the analysis focuses on the urgent need for scientific and technological innovation in high-quality protection,security and development of the river basin.Explorations are made on the key tasks of promoting new quality productive forces,and feasible paths of boosting ecological-based water governance,smart river basins,green economic belts,and beautiful Yangtze River construction through scientific and technological innovation.
