"双高计划"对高职院校服务发展水平的影响
Influence of"Double-high Plan"on the Service Development Level of Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
As a new policy for the modernization of vocational education,the effect of"double-high plan"on the service development level of higher vocational colleges needs to be verified.Using the panel data of 34 provincial-level administrative regions from 2016 to 2021,this paper studies the influence of the"double-high plan"on the service development level of higher vocational colleges by using the difference in differences method.It is found that the"double-high plan"has a significant impact on the service development level of higher vocational colleges.To enhance the policy effects of the"double-high plan",the following suggestions are put forward:adhering to the construction concept of supporting the excellent and the strong,emphasizing the professional group as the basis for construction,enhancing the motivation of enterprises to build and cultivate together,and continuously expanding the autonomy of school-running.关键词
