摘要

Abstract

Scientific and technological innovation is the core driving force for the development of new-quality productive forces,and water science and technology innovation will provide a strong driving force for the development of new quality productive forces in river preservation and management.The proposing process and scientific connotation of the concept of"new quality productive forces"is briefly traced,the three characteristics of the new quality productive forces of water conservancy forces is discussed,and puts forward three main ways to develop the new quality productive forces of water conservancy——high quality standard system,high level technology system,and high efficiency management system.Combined with the scientific and technological challenges faced in the Yellow River management and focused on the six disciplinary clusters of scientific and technological innovation in Yellow River management,trying to accelerate the innovation and develop new quality productive forces for Yellow River preservation and management,thereby to promote the high-quality development of Yellow River governance.
