Abstract
New quality productive forces of water conservancy is an important part and an foundation of new quality productive forces.It is necessary to implement new quality productive forces of water conservancy into all aspects and the entire process of water conservancy work.Based on the connotation,components of new quality productive forces of water conservancy and the relationship with new quality productive forces and high quality development of water conservancy,this paper had an in-depth understanding of new quality productive forces of water conservancy from different angles and elaborated on the development of new quality productive forces of water conservancy of great significance.It proposed a framework for developing new quality productive forces of water conservancy,including the fundamental purpose,strategic positioning,work philosophy,goals and tasks,and key contents;and also introduced the development ideas of new quality productive forces of water conservancy and the key contents that need to be controlled.关键词
