Abstract
From September 7 to 8,2023,Shenzhen experienced an extremely heavy rainstorm that exceeded the historical record.Luohu District was the center of the rainstorm.This rainfall broke seven historical extreme values in Luohu District since 1952,when there were meteorological records.The 6-hour,12-hour and 24-hour rainfall exceeded the 200 year return period.The maximum discharge at Ludan Village section of the main stream of Shenzhen River reached 1840m3/s,which was the largest flood since the measured data were available.By reviewing the response to the"9·7"extreme rainstorm in Luohu District,comprehensively review the existing flood prevention system in Luohu District,scientifically assess the weak links in flood prevention,and provide reference experience and value for improving the urban extreme rainstorm prevention and response capacity.关键词
