中职生生涯阻碍知觉与专业承诺的关系:一个有调节的中介模型
The Relationship between Career Barrier Perception and Specialty Commitment of Secondary Vocational Students:A Moderated Mediation Model

Abstract
Specialty commitment is an important indicator of individual learning motivation.In order to explore the relationship between career barrier perception and specialty commitment of secondary vocational school students,career decision-making self-efficacy was used as a mediating variable,and school participation was used as a moderating variable.2037 vocational school students in Guangxi were measured using the Career Barrier Perception Scale,Career Decision Self-efficacy Scale,School Participation Scale and Professional Commitment Scale.Research has found that perceived negative career barriers predict specialty commitment;Career decision-making self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between career barrier perception and specialty commitment;School participation can effectively regulate the latter half of the mediation model of"career barrier perception-career decision-making self-efficacy-specialty commitment".Based on this,strategies such as reducing academic barriers,enhancing career decision-making self-efficacy,and increasing school participation should be adopted to enhance the specialty commitment of vocational school students,to achieve high-quality development of vocational education.关键词
