Abstract
Based on the"Technical Guidelines for Risk Index Assessment of Sudden Environmental In-cidents in SINOPEC",taking a chemical enterprise in SINOPEC as an example,different types of risk sources were evaluated from three aspects:environ-mental risk source intensity,environmental risk re-ceptor sensitivity,and environmental risk control a-bility.By consensus,9 high-risk sources,12 moder-ately high-risk sources,11 moderate-risk sources,and 1 low-risk source were identified,and all risk sources within the enterprise were quantitatively ranked and graded,and measures were formulated for high and moderately high risk sources to supplement environmental emergency materials,improve operat-ing procedures,and increase monitoring facilities,so as to help enterprises strengthen risk management and control and reduce environmental risks.关键词
