Abstract
As an important part of the production and management of large oil and gas field enterpri-ses,the road transportation of hazardous chemicals has always been prone to accidents,which brings great safety risks to the oil field production and man-agement.In accordance with the principle of"com-plementary advantages,common development,and strategic win-win",a large oil field took unified management standards as the basis,essential safety improvement as the core,and integration of internal and external hazardous chemical capacity resources as the goal,by building an integrated operation plat-form,Five operational mechanisms,including"or-ganization guarantee","contractor selection","platform operation","normal monitoring"and"intelligent training",were established to greatly improve the safety control level of hazardous chemi-cal transportation.关键词
