摘要

Abstract

The high temperature oxidation behavior of FeCrAl alloy prepared by hot isostatic pressing by powder metallurgy at 1 000℃was investigated.The surface and cross-section of the oxide layer after oxidation at 1 000℃were studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.The results show that the 22Cr-ODS alloy prepared by this process can form a complete and dense surface oxide layer at 1000℃,and the oxide layer is mainly composed of α-Al2O3.After 10 h,25 h,50 h,100 h and 200 h of oxidation,the thickness of the oxide layer is about 0.52 μm,0.91 μm,1.42 μm,1.47 μm and 1.76 μm,respectively.The internal grain size of the alloy did not coarsen significantly during oxidation at 1 000℃.The alloy has good high-temperature oxidation resistance and organizational stability during the high-temperature service.
