摘要

Abstract

To know well the impact of arc swing on the process of pipe surfacing,the effects of swing operation on the tem-perature field and microstructure of the surfacing process were compared through welding simulation and process teste.First of all,based on the finite element analysis software Abaqus,the finite element model of the welding process is established by the thermal-elastoplastic finite element method,and the temperature field of swing welding and conventional non swing welding is simulated,and the evolution process of the molten pool,the temperature field distribution,thermal cycle curve and other characteristics are analyzed.the results show that the temperature distribution cloud map of swing welding is elon-gated,and the shape of the weld pool is closer to the wave shape than the ellipse of non swing welding,the peak temperature is also lower than that of non swing welding.Secondly,the microstructure of swing welding and non swing welding was compared through metallographic analysis.The results showed that during swing welding,only a small amount of columnar crystal structure was observed in the backing weld.
