摘要

Abstract

The welding fume of E5015-N1 covered electrode for pressure equipment was collected by precipitation and fil-ter paper collection method.The phase and microstructure of the fume were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results show that too small or too large welding current will lead to the increase of welding fume.During the slag wall transition,a large amount of fume will be generated on the droplet surface,and the spatter is one of the source of fume.The main phase of E5015-N1 covered electrode fume is fluoride and oxide.The magnetic fume particles form a chain driven by the force of magnetic pole couple,and single or multiple primary fume particles will gather to form secondary particles with"shell-core"shape.
