摘要

Abstract

With the imperative of CO2 seabed storage technology,the application of submarine supercritical CO2 transmis-sion pipelines has emerged.To guide the design of submarine supercritical CO2 pipelines,This article determines the corro-sion allowance of submarine pipelines by analyzing corrosive of supercritical CO2.By analyzing the special installation method and service characteristics of submarine pipelines,combined with the pressure relief characteristics of supercritical CO2,a series of mechanical performance design indicators of steel pipes have been obtained,such as strength,hardness,plas-tic deformation,toughness,etc.At the same time,a calculation method for fracture control of supercritical CO2 submarine pipelines has been established,and the existing problems of the current method and the next research focus are given.
