摘要
Abstract
In October 2022,the statement of"speed up the planning and development of a system for new energy sources"was first proposed in the report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which pointing out the direction for energy industry of China.However,In terms of the specific construction goals,paths,and methods,there is still no clear and unified conclusion.This thesis constructs a combined and deep research of the system through policy review,literature review,written interviews,field visits,questionnaire surveys and other methods as well.And then gives an explanation of connotation,characteristics,the construction paths of the system and puts forward key measures,guarantee mechanisms and relevant work suggestions.so as to provide opinions and references for the country and the energy industry to speed up the planning and development of a system for new energy sources and it can also provide some help for choosing the future business directions to power design enterprises.关键词
