Abstract

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly puts forward the important assertions of"accelerating the realization of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance"and"strengthening the dominant position of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation".Achieving high-level scientific and technological self-reliance has become an essential requirement for implementing new development concepts,constructing new development patterns,and promoting high-quality development.Based on the policies and measures in the field of scientific and technological innovation issued by the state in recent years,this article discusses and analyzes the difficulties existing in current scientific and technological innovation in electric power design enterprises,and puts forward problem-oriented ideas and suggestions for the construction of scientific and technological innovation systems and mechanisms.
