Analysis and Optimization of Spatial Characteristics of Urban Prehospital Emergency Medical Service Points

Abstract
Prehospital emergency medical service has always been an important part of urban medical public service construction.Whether the spatial distribution of urban prehospital emergency medical stations is reasonable or not directly affects the effectiveness of emergency medical services.In this paper,we proposed a method to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of emergency medical stations based on four spa-tial measures,namely,travel convenience,equality,population coverage and population coordination,by making comprehensive use of geograph-ical national data,transportation big data and statistical data,to identify the problems existing in the layout of existing stations.Aiming at the ex-isting problems,combined with existing sites and potential sites,we studied the global and local optimization methods.Taking Hefei City for ex-ample,the verification results show that this method can effectively identify the existing site layout problems,and the site layout optimization re-sults can effectively improve the service effectiveness.关键词
