Identification of Transformer-customer Relationship Based on Probability Map and Power Optimization Model

Abstract
The transformer-customer relationship refers to the electrical connection relationship between distribution transformers and the end customers to which they supply power,and the accurate transformer-customer relationship is a basis for the operation and management of low-voltage distribution networks.Under this background,a method for iden-tifying the transformer-customer relationship in low-voltage distribution networks based on probability map and power optimization model is proposed in this paper.First,the Markov random fields probabilistic map model is used to calcu-late the voltage correlations between end customers.Then,the customers are aggregated and calculated to obtain a new customer set,which greatly reduces the calculation dimension.Finally,based on the new customer set,a power optimi-zation model between the customer set and the distribution transformer is established using the power conservation prin-ciple,thereby realizing an accurate identification of the transformer-customer relationship in low-voltage distribution networks.The effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method are verified by the data of an actual low-voltage dis-tribution network.关键词
